Course Description:  
This course covers all the upcoming changes to the mortgage/closing process regarding the new TRID disclosures. All new disclosures that replace the current GFE, TIL, and HUD-1 will be reviewed and explained.  Additionally, new changes to FHA loans guidelines will be discussed and explained.
 
 
Course Objective: 
The purpose of this class is to give the real estate agent a basic yet thorough understanding of the new guideline changes and new closing processes so they can set proper expectations with clients.  The new terminology that is explained will also help with understanding the mortgage process and help with communication with the loan officers.  After completing the course, agents will be able to interpret and review the new closing documents with clients.  Agents will also know about the new changes to FHA guidelines and help explain to clients how the new rules can/will affect their loan approval.
